My approach to treatment is collaborative, and I aim to create a safe space where people can reach personalized goals and create satisfying and fulfilling lives. My work is guided by approaches that are tailored to each individual's unique needs and wants. I have a direct and non-judgmental approach focused on promoting self-awareness and flexibility, and utilizing tools that can expand your ability to manage emotional and interpersonal stressors. I inquire about individual and family values so that our work together is guided by what means most to you. I also conduct therapy through a lens of social justice and cultural humility.

I primarily utilize relational and psychodynamic theories to inform my therapeutic approach. I am also trained in evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
